La Catedral de Málaga

One of the most recognisable landmarks of Malaga, the Cathedral stands in the historical centre of the city. The beginning of its construction dates back to the 16th century, upon grounds that were once part of the Moorish quarters.

La Alcazaba de Málaga

This Moorish fortified and ornamental gardens are one of the most important traces of the Moorish domination of the area. From here, it is possible to access several panoramic viewpoints of the city and discover the architectural devices the Moors used to protect their fortress.

El Ojo Fenicio

The Phoenician Eye is an ancient symbol commonly found painted on the jábegas, traditional net fishing boats of the region. According to the legends, the Eye is meant to fend off evil forces and marine monsters during sea crossings.
